    魚咁樣蒸,好好食

    材料:
    急凍鯰魚柳1塊
    乾蔥頭3粒

    處理:
    1. 魚柳,清水解凍。
    2. 魚柳解凍後,清水沖洗乾淨,輕手揸乾水,擎乾水。
    3. 乾蔥頭,切兩端,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切碎,放碗內,加入調味料:
    a. 生粉1茶匙
    b. 油1茶匙
    c. 鮑魚汁1茶匙
    d. 糖半茶匙
    攪勻。
    4. 放魚柳在調味料中撈勻,放好在碟上。

    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。
    2. 大火蒸魚8分鐘。
    3. 蒸好,倒去碟中水分。
    4. 放芫荽在魚柳上。
    5. 完成,可享用。
