    Dear Uncle,
    I am always surprised at how much I like your videos because I don't speak Cantonese, and I don't like subtitles, and usually don't like extra content in my cooking videos. However, your extra content is always good to listen to (or read the subtitles).
    "Bob's your uncle" is my favorite idiom and I think it perfectly fits the surprise and unlikeliness of your format. The first video I saw of your was a very crude talk about your Christmas or New Year's holiday in Canada; later I watched your great video about the cockney dialect; and recently your talk about marriage. So, this time I was actually disappointed that I didn't get pearls of wisdom or a funny story along with the egg muffin (still a good video)
