    鹽 ⅛tsp Salt
    糖 1/8tsp Sugar
    黑椒 Black Pepper
    雞粉 1/2tsp
    淡忌廉 (鮮奶油) 50ml Whipping Cream
    意粉水 80ml Spaghetti Water
    蛋黃 1 Egg Yolk

    I don't know what you are making but it's definitely not a Carbonara. Not even the "HK style". The "HK Cha Kee Style" is based on a thin bechamel sauce. There's no cream, only milk.
