    四人份量 For 4 people
    牛腩600克 - 600g of beef brisket
    牛筋約300克 - 300g of beef tendon
    薯仔1個 - One potato
    薑3片 - 3 slices of ginger
    洋蔥半個 - half an onion
    紅椒1條 - 1 red pepper
    香茅2條 - 2 stalks of lemongrass
    香葉1塊 - 1 bay leaf
    小蒜2個 - 2 cloves of garlic
    紅蔥頭1個 - 1 shallot
    黑胡椒粒1湯匙 - 1tbsp of black peppercorn
    老抽1茶匙 - 1tsp of dark soy sauce
    咖喱粉2茶匙 - 2tsp of curry powder
    咖喱油120克 - 120g of curry paste
    椰漿100毫升 - 100ml of coconut cream
    辣椒油1茶匙 - 1tsp of chilli oil
    鹽(隨意) - Salt to taste
