    二人份量/For two people:
    免治豬肉250克 - 250g of minced pork
    雞蛋1只 - 1 egg
    小辣椒7條 - 7 red chili
    紅蔥頭1個 - 1 shallot
    蒜頭6個 - 6 cloves of garlic
    聖羅勒葉30克 - 30g of holy basil
    蠔油1湯匙 - 1tbsp of oyster sauce
    甜醬油1茶匙 - 1tsp of sweet soy sauce
    魚露1湯匙 - 1tbsp of fish sauce
    糖1茶匙 - 1tsp of sugar
    青檸半個 - half a lime

    Was backpacking decades ago, in Thailand Pad Ka Prao Mhoo is certainly one of my favourites, a street food stall 's chief showed me her way of cooking, pretty much like what you did, but she would add chicken stock @ the end, when you stir fry the meat, before add basil in. Just thought you might want to try a little different recipe, have fun :)

    From Hong Kong lover in Thailand: you can replace the soy sauce with the fish sauce. The technique is add it from the side of the wok so its fragance is produced when the sauce touches the heat of the wok. Love your video ;)
