    @20無限  在外國加拿大 是很少有即劏即食的雞,6年前有幾間即劏即賣的雞,兔店,现在有一或两間,很難找了。多数都是冷凍鮮雞,或冰硬雞。🍁🌺

    @20無限  Chill → Chilled = chilly air, cold wind 是寒氣冷凍隻雞,這隻雞的雞肉還新鮮軟滑。而不是冰塊冰硬雞。
    Frozen = Dry ice , frozen solid 冰硬 → 冰硬隻雞才叫冰鮮雞,這隻雞的雞肉己經硬實,如果開冰用時 雞肉已經不再有肉滑。

    @20無限  你錯了!。 冰鲜雞→ 是將隻雞放入結冰的冰箱裹冰,才叫冰鮮雞。
    但是,將隻雞放入雪櫃雪凍→ 不是冰鮮雞→雪凍只是冷藏不壞咁快,雞肉一樣鮮美,味道一樣,只要不要放冷藏幾天就ok了。
