    六至八人份量 - For 6-8 people:
    豬腩肉2公斤 - 2kg of pork belly
    茴香1個 - 1 fennel
    紅蔥頭5個 - 5 shallots
    蒜1整頭 - 1 bulb of garlic
    黑胡椒粒1茶匙 - 1tsp of black pepper
    鼠尾草葉數片 - 5 sage leaves
    白酒300毫升 - 300ml of white wine
    雞湯500毫升 - 500ml of chicken stock
    鹽3茶匙 - 3 tsp of salt
    黑胡椒粉少量 - a pinch of black pepper
